Getting started

SteadyNines starts with one SLO in your own estate. It needs read access to your telemetry and SLO definitions, plus the tools you want it to act through. Discovery builds the Context Graph automatically.

Before you begin

• An SLO you care about, with its SLI, target and window.
• Read access to the telemetry behind that SLI, for example through OpenTelemetry.
• A Microsoft Teams channel or the mobile app for approvals.
• The SteadyNines executor, deployed inside your estate, for any action it takes.

The pilot

1. Connect telemetry and the SLO definition.
2. Let discovery build the Context Graph for the services behind it.
3. Set the autonomy level for the SLO’s situation types to Propose or Ask.
4. Watch the loop run on real burn: detect, trace, stop, fix, learn.
