SteadyNines is a pre-breach SLO management platform. It watches the error budget burn rate of every SLO and acts while budget is still left. An AI SRE stops the burn and an AI Engineer fixes the cause in code, with engineers approving from Teams, their phone or VS Code.
Why we built it
For more than a decade we built AIOps products for major managed service providers. The enterprises we worked with kept asking for the same thing: not a better alert or a faster investigation, but a way to keep their SLOs met.
Most SLO tools tell you when an SLO has already broken. By then the error budget is gone and the month is lost. SteadyNines starts earlier, on burn rate: the speed at which the budget is being spent.
One loop, from first burn to final fix
- Detect. Burn rate on every SLO, over short and long windows.
- Trace. The Context Graph links the burn to the deploy, config change, dependency or ticket behind it.
- Stop. The AI SRE proposes the safest fix and sends it to on-call for one-tap approval.
- Fix. The AI Engineer drafts the code fix in VS Code, with the trail from SLO to commit.
- Learn. The situation and its outcome are stored, so the next one starts from what worked.
Engineers stay in charge
Every situation type starts at Propose or Ask. The head of operations decides which ones SteadyNines may run on its own, and every proposal, approval and action is recorded.
We are starting with pilots on one SLO in a customer’s own estate. If you run SLOs you cannot afford to break, talk to us.
